I have made truffles for the past couple of Christmases ... they always make nice little pressies, I think. This year I have made white chocolate and chambourd and milk chocolate and amaretto. Delicious!
A post like this is not good for this early in the day. Hmmm, actually its not good for me at any time of the day! I am positively drooling, gosh, they look so good. Is it difficult making truffles?
